Before your order ships
Email us at puppetparadeco@gmail.com as soon as you can. Include your name and order number. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll cancel it and give you a full refund to your original payment method.
After your order ships
Once an order is on its way, we can't stop it. You can still return it after it arrives. See our returns policy.
Your legal rights
This policy doesn't affect your legal rights. UK customers can cancel most online orders within 14 days of delivery.
