Asking about an order?
Please include your order number (it's in your confirmation email) so we can help faster. Every order has a tracking number, and you'll find the tracking link in your shipping email.
- Delivery: about 8–10 days in total (4 days to process and pack, then 4–6 days delivery), free and tracked. See our shipping policy.
- Christmas orders: order by 12 December to get it in time for Christmas.
