Returns and refunds

Changed your mind?

You have 30 days after your order arrives to tell us you want to return it. The item should be unused and in its original packaging.

Please email us at puppetparadeco@gmail.com with your order number before sending anything back. We'll reply with the return address. Don't send items without contacting us first, or we may not be able to match them to your order.

For change-of-mind returns, you pay the return postage.

Damaged, faulty or wrong item?

Email us a photo and your order number, and we'll send a replacement or give you a refund. You won't pay for anything that's our mistake.

Cancelling an order

If your order hasn't shipped yet, email us and we'll cancel it and give you a full refund. Customers in the UK and EU can also cancel within 14 days of delivery.

Refunds

Once we've received your return, we refund you within 14 days, to the same card or payment method you used.

Your legal rights

This policy doesn't affect your legal rights. If you're in the UK, you're also protected by the Consumer Rights Act for faulty or misdescribed goods.
