Where do you ship?
We ship free to the UK, the US and most other countries.
How long will my order take?
We process and pack your order in about 4 days. After that, delivery takes about 4 days to Europe, 5 days to the UK and US, and 6 days to Canada, Australia, New Zealand and everywhere else.
When should I order for Christmas?
Order by 12 December to be safe for Christmas delivery.
Is shipping really free?
Yes. Every order ships free, with no minimum spend.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, we email you a tracking number so you can follow it all the way.
Changes, returns and problems
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, as long as it hasn't shipped yet. Email us as soon as you can with your order number. See our cancellation policy.
Can I return something?
Yes. You have 30 days after delivery to ask for a return. See our returns policy for the details.
What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?
Sorry about that. Email us a photo and your order number, and we'll send a replacement or give you a refund.
About the products
Do the music fridge magnets come with songs?
No, the songs aren't preloaded. You add your own music to the memory card in a few minutes, and an easy guide comes in the box.
Are your lights OK to use outside?
Some are and some aren't. Check the product description: if it says IP44, it's fine for a covered porch or sheltered spot.
