Free worldwide shipping

We ship to customers all over the world, and shipping is free on every order. Every parcel comes with a tracking number.

Order processing

We process and pack your order in about 4 days (2 days to process and 2 days to pack). As soon as it ships, we email you a tracking link.

How long delivery takes

After your order ships, delivery takes about:

Europe: 4 days

United Kingdom: 5 days

United States: 5 days

Canada: 6 days

Australia and New Zealand: 6 days

All other countries: 6 days

These are estimates. Busy times like Christmas, or customs checks, can add a few days, so we always suggest ordering early.

Customs

Depending on your country, local customs may charge import taxes or fees when your parcel arrives.

Tracking your order

If your tracking hasn't updated within 5 days of getting your tracking number, email us at puppetparadeco@gmail.com and we'll look into it.

Changing or cancelling an order

Need to change or cancel? Email us as soon as possible and we'll do our best before it ships. Customers in the UK and EU can also cancel within 14 days of delivery. See our refund policy for details.

Damaged or wrong item?

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or wrong, email us a photo at puppetparadeco@gmail.com and we'll put it right.
